So many editor responses from this month Thirty? Forty? Anyhoo, a lot.

This means I need to get more subs out. I'm giving you a mini challenge: 

#5subbymidnight

Make five submissions by the end of the day. That's it. As with all my challenges: everything counts.

      Thanks L. I like to set myself these challenges every now and again. It's not too bad for me, because I have an enormous sac of stories.

      I wish I was as prolific as you. I'm lucky if I get two or three out a month, never mind five in one day. Good luck with all of them! :)

      Well, what about reprints, Paul. I know that you've published some great stories. Are they out of their exclusivity? And as you're usually selling non exclusive rights, it's permissible to send to more than one market.

    I might sub 1 today... but 5? No way. That's crazy. I don't have the organizations skills to manage the stories I have right now anyway. I don't know what I'll ever do if I have a backlist like you do.

    Scratch Pantheon, and make that Tales of the Talisman, Black Treacle, and Aercastle Narratives. One more...we'll see.

      Nice! Well done, Erin. You know we were talking about horror subs the other day? Well I've been doing a real push with my horror subs for the last month or so. And I'm beginning to see results. I think I'd let them slide a little. But for me I always need to send a lot to make a respectable number of sales.
